We are very excited to announce this week's winners of the "Flying the P" award! This week we will be honoring three PCHS students for their outstanding accomplishment in the world of dance. These three students were chosen as the top dance group in the Hamilton Education Program in Mrs. Johnson's dance classes where they chose a song from the Musical Hamilton and created a dance that best told the story of their music. Their dance has earned them the opportunity to potentially be selected to perform on the Hamilton stage in Chicago when the dance classes travel there in May to attend the musical.
Congratulations to the following students:
Alaina Dewitt
Hunter Hawkins
Jaelyn McGhghy

March Papa Murphy Senior Students
Mrs. Carrington nominated Lauraella Everhart. She is the most compassionate, hard-working senior I know. Lauraella plays tennis and is an even better student. She has a great personality and constantly supports others. On top of all she does here at school, she also holds down a job after school and fully dedicates herself to her responsibilities.
Mr. Pummill and Mr. Holzwarth nominated Samuel Dunn. Not only is he a good athlete, he is an even better student. He is bright, insightful, friendly, and compassionate. He always demonstrates respect for authority and his peers, conducts himself as a moral, humble gentleman, and has a work ethic which is second to none.

PCHS would like to thank all of our students, staff members and community members who were part of our State of the District Event. #dragonpride
