Pekin Junior, Lane Mason, finished 27th in the world at the NHSRA finals in Guthrie, Oklahoma this week. He competed with over a hundred of the top contestants who had previously qualified in their states/countries. He placed ahead of all other Illinois contestants. Just a reminder: Graduation Practice is tomorrow , July 21st from 4:30-5:30 at the stadium. Graduates must be present at practice in order to participate in the ceremony. Tickets will be received at practice and face masks are encouraged.

We are hosting a curbside textbook and Kajeet dropoff under the canopy entrance on Dragon Hill Drive on July 23rd from 8am to noon and on August 3rd from 4 pm to 7 pm. Please arrange for your student's PCHS textbooks and/or Kajeets to be dropped off during one of these dates/times.

PCHS Cheerleading tryouts will be held this week on Tuesday and Thursday. Frosh/Soph 8am-11am; Jr/Sr 12pm-2pm. Meet at the band practice area (near back of Hawkins Gym). Wear red shorts, white shirt, cheer shoes, and a mask (no jewelry). BRING WATER. #DragonPride
