Mrs. Shute's Work Seminar class had to create a company that makes a product to save Eddie (an egg) and his friends when they go base jumping. On Friday they got to test out their products. What did Ms. Kahl and the Scarecrow have in common...they only wanted a brain. Thanks to Marilyn Nelson, a recently retired nurse from Bloomington, Ms. Kahl got her wish! Ms. Kahl was selected as a winner of the WEEK - Cefcu $1000 One Class at a Time Grant which ran last night. Marilyn saw the news and offered to bring a model brain she had in her basement from her days in the field to be used in Ms. Kahl's Psychology classes. Thank you for your donation and kindness! #Dragonpride
