🎄🏀 Students in Mrs. Cain’s class are FIRED UP for the Pekin Holiday Tournament! They’ve been busy folding and stuffing papers for mailings, shopping for concession stand goodies, and prepping materials for the 16 teams competing in the 59th tournament next week!!!💪🔥

If you're looking for more festive music over break, look no farther! Concert Choir will perform on the WEEK TV special, Songs of the Season, along with other area high school choirs next week. Support our PCHS musicians from the comfort of your own home, and get into the holiday spirit while doing so (Concert Choir performs about 10:00 into the performance)! Engineering Design students were tasked to design and build innovative sawhorse prototypes. 1st place is Heaven Knight, 2nd place Landon Cole, 3rd place Nick Bouchez

Students will also be notified on December 18th if they met the Incentive Day criteria which includes having a C or higher in all classes, no more than 2 tardies to any class (or 7 total), no skipped classes, no skipped evening detentions, and no suspensions (ISI or OSS). December 20th will be the last day of classes and the students will be on a shortened schedule that day with dismissal at 10:52. Students meeting the incentive are not required to attend school on December 20th.

Some social studies classes will be visiting the mobile museum this week for an interactive lesson on civil rights.
