First year French students are writing pen pal letters to HS English students in Le Havre, France. They’ll exchange in French & English.
It has come to our attention via social media and other avenues, there is a rumor of a potential school shooting at PCHS. Please know if there was ever any credible threat to student safety we would make parents and students immediately aware and take appropriate actions. School will be in session as usual tomorrow as there is no credible threat. Rest assured, students will be safe at Pekin High.

Joseph Ritter, PCHS class of 2014, is currently complying his senior history thesis while studying in Heidelberg, Germany. Joseph is a senior at Illinois College in Jacksonville. He is majoring in both history and German, and will be graduating this coming Spring. Joseph studied German for 4 years at PCHS. He was a GAPP exchange student during the summer of 2014. Congratulations, Joseph!
