The 2020 Marigold medallion winning design was designed by senior Glassworks student Chelsey Catton. Her winning medallion will be hidden in the Pekin area and searched for by many locals for prizes during late August and early September to kick off the 2020 Marigold Festival.

Tomorrow is a remote learning planning day:
Students will be required to sign in to the attendance form, but no regular school work will be assigned. Be on the lookout for some fun activities!
-As a reminder, students who are failing or who do not engage in their classes and complete their assignments may receive an incomplete for the semester. They will then be expected to make up the work or take credit recovery either in the summer or the fall semester.

The counseling office wants to continue to celebrate the Class of 2020. These pictures were sent to PCHS from feeder schools. A picture was not sent for every student, so if you have a picture of when you were in elementary school- post the picture in the comments below. We are so proud of how much you have learned and grown- we cannot wait to see where you go next. (Special thanks to Mrs. Coon, the counseling office secretary, for putting this together).

Bruning’s Foods 2 is back in their home kitchens making some fantastic food for class.
Tonight, along with our brethren from the Mid-Illini Conference as well as many other schools across IL, we will light up Memorial Stadium at 8:20pm (20:20) for 20 minutes to recognize and honor our #DragonSeniors. It will also be a show of support for everyone on the frontlines fighting this crisis. Please remember that in order to comply with state guidelines; the stadium will not be accessible. We ask that you show your support by turning on an outside light at your home for these 20 minutes. Take a picture of you and your family lighting up the night and share it on social media with the hashtag #DragonsLightTheNight Pictures and video footage of the stadium, including a live stream on Facebook Live, will be taken and posted on our social media platforms.
