Today is the first paperwork drop off day from 8 AM - 11 AM
Freshmen parents need to bring the following to the Principal's office-
1. Copy of certified birth certificate
2. Dental Exam
3. Physical
4. Updated immunization Records (including Tdap, 2 Varicella, and Meningococcal)
5. Custody paperwork (1 school form and any applicable documentation)
6. Residency paperwork (4 total forms):
∙ ONE copy of mortgage bill, title, taxes or lease agreement. This MUST have a parent/guardian’s name on it. If the parent does not own, rent, or lease, then the “Landlord in Lieu of Lease” or “Living with District Resident” form must be completed.
∙ You ALSO need to bring THREE copies of bills that you have received in the mail that have the parent/guardian’s name and current address.
THE REST OF 9TH GRADE REGISTRATION IS ONLINE.
9TH GRADERS CANNOT BEGIN SCHOOL UNTIL ALL OF THE FORMS ABOVE HAVE BEEN RECEIVED.

Senior Parents: Just a reminder that your student must have a MCV shot to register. You can upload during the registration process or drop off on July 15th, 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM and July 29th, from 12 PM - 3 PM.
Sports physicals are still available. OSF will be accepting walk-ins on a first come, first served basis. Those who have appointments will be seen first. Sports physicals will be held on 7/24 and 7/31 between 8am and 4:30pm at OSF (3422A Court St., next to Hobby Lobby).

Dragon Pride moment! Congratulations to the Brass Ensemble (Sarah Arseneau, Norah Springborn, Sean Hyde, & Kaleb Davis) from our PCHS Band who performed at the July 4th Honor America Celebration at Memorial Stadium. They sounded incredible in front of thousands of people and made Pekin proud!
