PCHS Army JROTC conducted its Change of Command Ceremony on 6 May, 2021. Cadet Alexis Falco-Creech passed the guidon to the new Commander, Cadet Noah Steger of the Dragon Battalion symbolizing that people will come and go but the unit always remains. #dragonpride
