Bruning’s Foods 1 started the week by making caramel and finished in the lab with our Food Network Chef Challenge- a research project where students represent their chosen chef’s cooking style with 2 ingredients added to cream cheese! Next up is yeast bread!

PCHS students completed in SkillsUSA held in Peoria this last weekend. We brought home 9 gold, 11 silver, and 4 bronze!! Up next - the national competition in Atlanta.

This morning PCHS students had the opportunity to learn some salsa dancing, play chess, budget for the future, complete an art project, learn how to take care of their cars, cricut crafts, apply for a job, clean up around town and learn about pathways after college and many more things!
