Some members of the Girl Up Club got to learn about Annie Malone. Annie Malone was born to 2 former slaves, went to Peoria High, and became the country's first female African American millionaire. Her great great nephew tells her story and keeps her legacy alive.

Sophomores - Seniors: Check out this CSI Experience Interactive program at Western. Engage with faculty who have real-world experience as FBI agents, State Police, Judges, crime-scene investigators, and disaster responders as you learn to handle emergency situations, solve crimes, and detect deception using behavioral analysis techniques and polygraph equipment.

Bruning’s Foods 1 were cooking with dairy to make biscuits and gravy! Foods 2 sampled a variety of chicken, beef and pork dishes during our meat unit! Shout out to Tazewell EFE 320 for all their support!

Mrs. Holeton’s 3D art students have been working hard mixing, pouring, and sculpting plaster for 2 days. They will be finished carving next week.
