OSF HealthCare providers are qualified to perform sports physicals** for kids. Our providers will review your child's medical history, conduct an exam and recommend additional tests and diagnosis if necessary. Following the session, your OSF provider will fill in the required medical forms for the athlete.
A sports physical** helps to assure that the athlete is healthy and physically ready for their chosen activity such as baseball, football, soccer, or track. The purpose is to help minimize the risk of injury while your child plays.
* Patients will be directed to their Primary Care Provider for their Return to Sports Physical if they have been diagnosed or suspected of having Covid-19 in the last 6 months

The Principles of Education and Teaching students completed their final project today with the amazing assistance of Jefferson Primary and Scott Altman Primary schools, their staff, and students. The HS students wrote, planned, and executed amazing Social/Emotional lessons for the elementary students.
