Working for the weekend was the theme in Mrs. Cain’s class today! Students were busy preparing for three big PCHS activities this weekend- folding programs for The Crucible (tonight’s the last night! 7pm- $5 tickets at the door), preparing sideline passes for the big playoff football game (Go Dragons!), and stocking the concessions for Saturday’s swim sectionals! ❤️🤍❤️🤍

It's GAME DAY!! PCHS would like to thank the Pekin community for their support! Our friends at Stegers are starting the party! Please post pictures of your business signs, employees wearing red or just of your family cheering on the Dragons for the big game tonight! #dragonpride

Monday, 11/7 is a school improvement day with no student attendance. PCHS is planning a limited Functional Training Exercise with the Pekin Police, Fire and Tazewell County EMA as well as a few other local entities. The purpose of this exercise is to "drill" a realistic scenario that would entail a lock-down as well as an evacuation to an off-site facility. This next step in our preparedness is needed to practice elements of our safety and evacuation plan in the case it is ever needed. You may notice some unusual activity that afternoon. Please be assured that it is just a "drill."
