Mrs. Boerma's Class continue their journey on becoming "Junior Chefs" thanks to Ms. Jones and University of Illinois's Outreach program!
We are excited to announce this edition of the Flying the P Award. In an effort to raise awareness about the environmental and social impacts of fast fashion, these young ladies collected and organized over 100 donated prom and homecoming dresses, then spent many hours preparing for the Second Dance Prom Fashion show and put MORE hours in during their advisory periods and after school for the Prom Dress Resale event. They raised $250 to donate to Remake.World--an organization fighting for fair pay, improvements in working conditions, and climate justice in the clothing industry. They have represented PCHS with pride! They inspire others every day and are a great example of The Dragon Way! Please join us in congratulating them as the winners of the Flying the P Award!
