The Pekin Dragon Drill Team received first place in unarmed drill, first place in IBR, and second place in Color Guard at the first drill competition of the season at Cahokia High School.

JROTC Raider team is running the 5k! After the 5k it's the Gauntlet and then the Obstacle Course!

Great day to be a Dragon! Devon Hayes took 2nd and Morgan Coker took 3rd at the cross country Conference championships today. Both were named 1st team all-conference, and Kiley Coker made 2nd team all-conference. Go Dragons!

1st Hour Science 330:
Students chose their Sugar Phosphate Backbone (Twizzlers) and molecular bases (gummy bears, sour patch kids, or marshmallows) to pair correctly (cytosine with guanine, adenine with thymine) and created these models of double helix shaped DNA!

The Firepit Traveled to an early start in the rain. They were rewarded with a 1st Quarter TD run by Elijah Hart! 7-0 Dragons over the Rockets.


AP Psych students completed various experiments to test sensory stimuli and learn how important our sensory receptors and perception are!
