The advanced animal science students have been quite busy the past couple days! Tuesday they had the opportunity to observe a veterinarian (Dr. Pallen) administer vaccines and meds to several horses. Yesterday Illinois State Animal Science Professor, Cori Malone, gave the students a tour of her family farm. The students were able to learn how a “seed stock” beef cattle facility operates (very high quality cattle). #TeachAg
