Many of our Work-Based Learners are following paths that require higher education credentials. Congratulations to our new graduates who completed their work in their chosen field! Gracie gave this spectacular pen drawing of St. George slaying the dragon to Herr Holzwarth this morning. The original was created by the famous, German artist Albrecht Dürer in 1504. Sehr gut gemacht, Gracie!🇩🇪
Harley Tovrea and Alina Vang were recognized with certificates from the Illinois House of Representatives for achievements and growth this year. Thank you to Representative Travis Weaver for honoring them! Other students are Raegan Caldwell, Kristen Porter, and Alexis Johnson.

Last week, the Advanced Animal Science students had the opportunity to tour Koch Dairy farm. They learned about the dairy industry and everyday work that occurs on a dairy farm. Big thank you to Chuck Koch for making this possible!

Science 430 students kicked off a "forensics" study with a Zentangle on the different fingerprint patterns!
FACS Club made flower pots for their moms for Mother's Day at our last meeting! We used flowers purchased from the Instrumental Music annual fundraiser.

Today we had a live stream of all our Be Present Attendance winners. Thanks to all local businesses that donated and to the Coopers for donating the grand prize - a car!! Congratulations to Maddie Heilman the winner of the car!!
