Completing your child’s sports physical now can take the stress out of trying to fit them in when August comes around
Cost: $35.00 - Cash/Check/Credit Card Accepted – Receipt available for HSA/FSA reimbursement When: July 9th and 23rd
Time: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Where: OSF Center for Health – Pekin: 3422a Court St, Pekin, IL 61554
OSF HealthCare providers are qualified to perform sports physicals** for kids. Our providers will review your child's medical history, conduct an exam and recommend additional tests and diagnosis if necessary. Following the session, your OSF provider will fill in the required medical forms for the athlete.
A sports physical** helps to assure that the athlete is healthy and physically ready for their chosen activity such as baseball, football, soccer, or track. The purpose is to help minimize the risk of injury while your child plays.
* Patients will be directed to their Primary Care Provider for their Return to Sports Physical if they have been diagnosed or suspected of having Covid-19 in the last 6 months

We had some great results in Louisville this week! Norah Springborn and Sophia Vansaghi placed in the top 120 of Expository Speaking and Poetry out of 370 competitors! It's a great day to be a dragon, y'all!
