Papa Murphy's Award Winners
Gunner Matthews was nominated by Mrs. Ortega. Gunner exhibits a great deal of effort and care in his work, and his grade reflects his attention to detail and commitment to quality. Though soft spoken, Gunner brings a great deal to the table during any class discussion, and always elevates the conversation with his input. Gunner was chosen by his peers to fulfill leadership positions both in our Government Congressional simulation and in our Supreme Court simulation, in which he served as a Supreme Court Justice.
Hayley Luster was nominated by Ms. Kahl. As historian for our government simulation, she went above and beyond in creating the presentation. In class as well (psychology), she is just a natural leader and always volunteers to do more. She is the group leader of every project, and works so hard.
