Morton Industries hosted an amazing tour for our future welders last week during Future Focus Day! We always appreciate their support and encouragement for our students. #FutureFocusDay #DragonPride
Last week, Pekin FFA Vet Science team traveled to Metamora to complete in our section contest. They placed 1st as a team and we had 4 members place in the top 10. Ava with 1st, Emma 8th, Savannah 9th, and Lily 10th. Other members that competed were Kenzie and Michelle. They will be competing at the state contest tomorrow!

We can't forget to thank the American Red Cross in Peoria for a wonderful tour during Future Focus Day last week! We were also excited about our first time touring the Peoria County Highway Department. Our Dragons had amazing things to say about both, and can't wait to do it again! #FutureFocusDay #DragonPride

Nora Gosnell was one of three PCHS students who won the Tazewell County "I Voted" sticker contest. At a press conference today, the students received one of the stickers, a button with their design on it, and a plaque. Congratulations, Nora, Addison, and Nico!
A huge thanks to Tadoughs! Three lucky students won a donut party for their advisories. This was part of our AttendanceMatters initiative and we appreciate their support!

PCHS Scholastic Bowl hosted Manual, Brimfield, and Farmington—and our teams did not disappoint! Varsity went undefeated 🏆 and showed top-tier sportsmanship (the real win). JV crushed it too, taking 2 out of 3 matches 💪 The JV team will be playing in the Mid-Illini conference tournament Saturday, wish us luck!
