Welcome to the 2014-15 Cross Country Season! We are excited to begin summer conditioning on June 30, 2014. During summer conditioning, we will be running, swimming, weight training and doing Pilates/yoga (one day a week). The summer schedule is on the Navigation Bars on the left side of this page. June’s schedule is for you to use for your own summer training, so grab a friend and GET IN SHAPE!! The July calendar gives more details with times and meeting places for TEAM conditioning.

Fundraising for the 2014-15 season will begin on June 7th, with a Car Wash from 12p-2:00p at the Food Depot Lot on the Corner of Parkway and Court Street. We will hold 5 carwashes over the course of the summer and you can purchase a pack of 5 tickets for $20.00 from any of our athletes, or feel free to stop by on June 7th, June 21st, July 12th , Aug. 9th, and Aug. 23rd at the Food Depot lot for a $5.00 carwash.
Cross Country is a great sport, whether you are just looking to get in shape, become a more competitive distance runner or want to make new friends with similar interests as yours.
