The Culinary Arts class is a part of the Tech-Ed Center and is designed for students interested in a career in the culinary field. This program is a two hour 2 year course intended to introduce students to the possibilities, trends, and career opportunities within the industry.  Students will demonstrate their awareness of food preparation and service, safety and sanitation, and equipment use. Culinary students will develope agreeable attitudes and work habits .

Second year students develop leadership skills and learn more of the management side of the industry.
