About Mrs. Gross

  This is my twelfth year teaching English at Pekin Community High School! This semester my schedule includes English 1/2AA, English 4A, and English 4.  I consider it a honorable opportunity to help the freshman grow into skilled and mature students ready to tackle the halls and classrooms of PCHS and to guide the sophomores to acquire public speaking and communication skills, as well as new levels of personal confidence as they express their ideas in a speech setting. 

  Like most English teachers, I enjoy reading, but my favorite out of school activity is spending time with my two daughters, Kaleigh (4 yrs. ) and Kelsey (5 mos.), and spending time with my husband, who is a K-12 school librarian.

  I look forward to another great year at PCHS!
